How to merge two copies of the same database DB 2K

I copied our database to a new hardrive but I forgot to delete the old one and someone else (a volunteer) ended up putting a bunch of new table entries in the old one.

How do I go about merging the old one and the new one together?

It is the Office 2K version of Access.

Import the table from the old database. Run an Unmatched query to identify the new records which were entered. Then append those records to the table in the new mdb.
