Mailing current record from Access to Word Template Document

    Hello everyone,

How could I mail merge data from Access from (current record data) from main form and 5 subforms to Word Document Template, with clicking on button on Access Form?
Also. i would like to open that word document on click of that button and to obtain data placed on right places of word document. I have created query which makes the job easier, but I have repetition for few fields because the query is based on one PK field. I took a print-screen of my query in attachment, so if anybody have some suggestion, I really appreciate that.

    Regards!

In word, you would run the Mail merge wizard, then pick the query you made.
