    Continuous Form Formatting

I have a form built that is running a job schedule (like a dispatch board), but I cannot get each column to begin on row one of the form.

Instead it keeps showing up like this:

I want the columns to each enter data into the first row before any others. Is there a way to achieve this or is this another of the limitations of Access?

    Thanks in advance.

I am using a Crosstab query but for whatever reason, it keeps pushing the different columns down to the next avaliable row.
