Combining Lines of Data in Qry

    Hi all,

I`m new to the forum and in search of help/wisdom!

I have a data set in the same layout, albeit different data:

Name:	access image1.png
Views:	9
Size:	3.4 KB
ID:	30597

What I need to do is move it to a layout as follows:

Name:	access image2.png
Views:	9
Size:	3.6 KB
ID:	30598

Can anyone advise how to get this done in a query?

    Thanks in advance!

    Scott

    this is a CROSSTAB query.
Use the query wizard, it will ask what fields you want as row heading, col heading, and values.
(you wont need row 1 in your example ,everyone knows what a MONDAY is)
