Populating a different table from certain fields on a form

Hi,

I need to be able to click a button in my database that will take details from one form (quote register) shown below in to another form, (job details), creating a new record in the jobreg table and populating the fields that were in the quote table that are also in the job table? I have included my relationships as i am not sure how these should work for this kind of thing??

run an append query.
the append query takes items in the source form/table, then appends it to the target table.
open the new form on that ID that was added.
