Return to Write Conflict MS SQL backend, Access front end

Good morning again!

I thought I had solved my write conflict problem, however, it is only solved when a new record is entered. When I modify an existing record I get a Write Conflict error. This is in a subform on the main form, used for scheduling employees. It happens when the subform loses focus. Any ideas greatly appreciated!

The usual suspect is having code updating data that is open on a bound form.
