Printing to PDF (only need 1 record)

I'd like to know if there's a way to add a search box to my main form, find a record "Item Number", open it in a new form, and display it like this picture. I'd appreciate the ideas/help. Click image for larger version.

You could use the wizard to create a combo box (perhaps in the forms Header Section) from which you could select the record to find. Don't know why you would want to open another form for it though.
If this helped, please click the star at the bottom left of this posting and add to my reputation . Many thanks.
