Why does this appear in my form?

I'm trying to make a form as neat as possible, but I find that it shows something in the left side I can't get rid of. I'm not sure why it is there also. Here's a screenshot so you can make a more accurate idea of what I'm talking about:

I'd like to make it disappear, and also know why is there. Help is appreciated, thank you in advance.

By the way, it appears in pretty much all of my forms, so I would really appreciate if someone has some clue on how to quit it.

Try setting the Form's Record Selector property to NO.
