Form loads as if I have typed into the search query

Hi all,

The title is self explanatory of my problem... I've been working on a access database for my company, I first used some short fake names and information to ensure all functions and code was working properly. Today, I went to replace and log all of the real information of the employees, and all of the sudden the search query automatically loads as if I've typed something into the search bar upon the form opening.

To explain better, there is 57 employees in this database, and it automatically loads as if you have searched for employee 36. I was not having this problem prior to replacing the pseudo information, as all 57 fields were loading on form open. The form and search query still works normally, it is just loading on that specific employee that I am having trouble with. I have not tampered with my code at all, or even gotten into design view. I must of accidentally activated something, somehow, but I'm not sure what it could be.

Take a look at the form's recordsource query. I'll bet it has a hardcoded employee 36.
