Question Access 2016 - Populate a form from another form

I am recently new to Access. I want to populate a patients form with name address etc. from a patients address table using a combo box to select the patients name. This would then fill in the name address etc and populate the patients form and there eliminating the needing to type in the patients detail every time they visit.

Try and use the onchange event of the combobox to set the filter for the second form.

Thanks andy49 - being new can you talk me through the setting for the combo box as I have never used it to populate another form only to fill information on the same table.
