Conversion from Access 2003 to 2010 - what to expect

I have a fairly substantial database that needs to be converted from Access 2003 to Access 2010 due to corporate IT requirements.
Are there any known issues that I might run into during a conversion?

From what I've gathered so far, I need to start a brand new, blank database in Access 2010, then import the individual objects and code into the new database.

Can I expect all object properties to convert seamlessly, e.g. SQL code behind drop-down boxes, lookups, queries, etc.

What about VBA code? The database contains a total of about 13,000 lines of VBA code, in separate modules as well as modules behind forms and reports.

The structure of the database consists of a back-end that contains the tables, relationships and data, which is linked to a front-end that contains the GUI user-interface.

Any help you may give to avoid re-invention of the wheel would be appreciated.

You don't have to. New access reads old databases just fine.
