    Create Summary Query (Part 2)

    Hi Guys...need help with another set of query... TIA!

    ***There should be a prompt window to enter the Week (i.e. 20/21/22)
    ***Data should only reflect those with Status = "Done"

    For Week 20, this is how the table should look like.
    PIC MCC/IPC C6, Customer Form, CMRT CoC, IPC C4
    Wendy 1
    Amy 1 2

    For Week 21, this is how the table should look like.
    PIC MCC/IPC C6, Customer Form, CMRT CoC, IPC C4
    Wendy 4 1
    Amy 2 1
    Samantha 4



    For Week 22, this is how the table should look like.
    PIC MCC/IPC C6, Customer Form, CMRT CoC, IPC C4
    Wendy 1
    Amy 2 2
    Samantha 1 1

    Database looks something like this...

    Make a query to pull the date range and criteria you need.
    Then, Use the query wizard and build a Crosstab query using that query above.

Please reply to this thread with any new information or opinions.
