Cross Referencing two sets of data?

I have two sets of data, all of which contain columns of Customer Numbers and then after that I have an Equip Name and Equip #. One list is a recurring list that I update weekly and another is a static. During periods of time our system randomly detaches equip names and #'s from the customer numbers. So I want to be able to Cross Reference these two sets of data, and then spit out a list of Customers that are supposed to have equipment atttached but currently have fallen off the system ( From the report that I will run)

Any idea of how I can set this up, I have very little knowledge of access and any threads we can use as a reference would be greatly appreciated. If there is an easier way than access, please let me know also.

    Thanks in advance!
