    Stop Increasing Number

I am being creating a database passengers in bus in msaccess. I gave primary key for serial number.
It will increase once I enter each passenger name. I want to stop increment after I complete entering

100 passengers. Please comment how to do that.

If not, know that the autonumber cannot be used as an indicator of the count of records. The only true indicator would be to count the number of table records, based on what you are saying in your post. However, if you do not have a table field that allows you to separate one bus from another, then you must be creating a table for each bus, and this would be bad. I mean, what are you going to do after you put 100 passengers on this bus? Maybe you should take a look at this info on autonumbers since you might not be using them properly.
