Exclamation Access - how to generate new data under the current column

    Hi All,

I'm not sure is it the Title appropriate but hope so that you will understand my question.
So, this is some kind of data that I pull out from Access and queries that I have made but now I need another dataname (Column A - dataname) "diff" to put in column A and it should be (in Pivot Table it is Calculated item = wos-pred) the difference between "wos" - "pred". When I say difference, I mean on Column Jan, Feb, Mar....and so on.
Is there any way to calculate an make this in Access as if I use "Calculated Item" in Pivot Table it crashes my excel file because the excel file is very huge (this is just the part of data).
    Thank you in advance.

In Access make a query that includes all the fields, including a new calculated field with whatever name you want. Then export that query to Excel.
