Cannot add records; join key of table

    Heya,

Bascially I have created two tables and created a form, but in the form I've add two field names from each of the tables and when I view the form it won't allow me to type in the text box from the other table, it comes up with an error saying "Cannot add records; join key of table 'tbl_Member_Type' not in recordset.

Could someone help me, I have no idea what has gone wrong.

Maybe have a form for each table, main form and sub form:
    frmTable1 - add Table1 fields
    sfrmTable2 - add Table2 fields

Add sfrmTable2 subform to frmTable1 and use LinkMaster/LinkChild on subform properties using the key field.

Please reply to this thread with any new information or opinions.
