MS Access + Active Directory + Oracle

    Hi,

An MS Access 2016 front end application currently works with LDAP to authenticate users, but I'm looking for a way to replace this with Active Directory. The Database the app works with is Oracle. Is this feasible?

    Thanks!,
    Violeta

not sure if this is what you are looking for, but claims to work with .accde as well as .mdb

Thank you, I had seen that before as well but it only mentions how to restrict objects of the app and not the authentication itself. I would like to know how MS Access communicates with Active Directory to Authenticate users.

only thing I can suggest I'm afraid. If you are using Oracle back end - can you not pick up from there?
