Dynamic Filters in Drop Down Boxes Based on Report Selected

I have a "Report Hub" that lists several reports you can choose to run. Based on the report you choose the drop down boxes (that are to serve as filters) that become visible will change. For example, if you select Report 1 the building filter may be visible, but if you select Report 2 the building and business filter may be visible. The intent is to have the drop down box populate with the options in a specific field of the source query for the report you choose. The field and source query will be different for every report you choose. The report will ultimately only give you the data for the option you chose in the filter (drop down box).

I have the functionality of making the correct drop downs appear based on the report you select I just need help with making the drop downs query the source query of the report you select to populate the options.

Attached is an image of the report hub so you can see where I'm going with this. Any help would be much appreciated.
