Append Recent Shipping History

My Database is having trouble with retaining the recent history of shipments. The recent history is seemingly disappearing the further I get out from the last time it updated correctly in February. I am trying to run the append for that table and it says at first that it is going to append the needed table but then it says there is an error in the conversion type.

I don't know if this is enough information for someone to be able to help me out thanks? I am new to this database and am trying to learn this database. I can provide more information if needed.

this error usually happens when you try to put string data into a numeric field.

(this happens a lot if appending excel data into the table. Excel gets confused)

Ok, Thanks, I will try to change some of the data types to match up. Yes, this has to do with converting an imported excel spread sheet. I am trying to convert that requests for shipment and keep track of the recent shipments to that store.
