Data Macro - New to Access - Please Help

Need formula to set up a data macro. Instruction states:
"Use the SetField Action to populate the ExpectedShipDate in the table. The ExpectedShipDate will always be 10 days after the OrderDate."
I have tried so many different things and nothing is working. I am very new to this and am getting frustrated. So far today, I've been sitting here for almost 5 hours and haven't accomplished anything because I keep getting info on the "If" function but I don't see how the "If" function would work given the instructions.
Please help with this. I know if I'm given the formula for it, then I'll be able to use that as a quick reference guide for future assignments.
