    Making forms look better

I have created many forms with a lot of controls on them (textboxes and combo, mostly).

When I did the initial creation, I just placed them randomly on the form. They were not aligned
in any way. Now that I have completed the forms, I am going back to make each one look good.

I want to position everything nice and pretty like. I want to make it look more professional.

I am familiar with the align commands (left, right, top and bottom). But they are sometimes hard to
use. Align left and you just may lose the top align or bottom or what ever?

I am hoping there is any easier way. Is there?

    Any help appreciated.

    Respectfully,

    Lou_Reed

snap to grid? use the stacked/tabular options to align and size controls? Anchoring to reposition controls when form is resized? all available on the ribbon

    - Select a control and use the arrow keys to move the control. This is a coarse movement. For fine movement, hold down the Control key, then use the arrow keys.

    - Select two or more controls. In the properties dialog box, click on the Format tab. To align the left side of the controls, enter the distance from the left border in the LEFT property.
