Followup Table

Hi Friends,


I need to create a follow-up table for daycare enquiries in access
Enq_No(Auto No),Enquiry_FormNo(repetition can occur as we are doing multiple followups for a enquiry),Follow-up_Assigned ,Follow-up1_Duedate,Follow-up2_Duedate,Follow-up3_Duedate,Follow-up1 Remarks,Follow-up2 Remarks,Follow-up3 Remarks

After creating this table i need to create a query where i need to capture that how many follow-up1 done,how many follow-up2 done and similarly how many follow-up3 done.

Pls help me with table structure and query creation

You do not build many follow up fields,
lYou have a tFollowup table and it has these fields:

clientID, followupDate, remarks

queries search down a column,not across the row.
