Question Form help -- controls not record specific

Hi! Having a problem with my database...when I thought I had finally figured it out.

I'm working on a form (image below) and most of the fields were added in the very beginning when I created the form and linked to a datasheet. I recently added the drop down box, the regions selection, the location(s) box, and the Notes box. However, whenever I make any changes to any of those items, they carry over into all my records...when they should be record specific, like the rest of the data. How do I make those items specific to the record I'm working on at that moment?

Are they bound to a field in the underlying table?

No, they aren't bound to anything I don't think...do I have to do that? Not quite sure how...

If you want them to be record specific, yes.
