Change password form help

Dear Gents,


um trying to create a change password form , But i stuck on the last step which is how to update the password field in the username table from the unbounded field .
i know we will use update statement but i don't know exactly how to write it

UPDATE TableWithPasswords
SET PasswordField=txtNewPassword
WHERE UserID=VarUserID (or userName or whatever way you identify user for whom you change password)
