Shutdown while Access file is open

I have an Access 2016 front-end linked to a SQL Server database. My screen turned black and froze, so I had to force restart my laptop whilst the Access 2016 was still open. I ran compact and repair, and I didn't get any errors. Is my Access front-end okay? Or do I get corrupted database objects? Thanks for your response!

if you open it and it works, then it is OK.
if you open it and you get errors and cant design it, nor open it, then corruption.
Backup often, and frequently. (then when it corrupts, just pull out a backup)
I learned that the hard way.

    Hi,
as you are working with a SQL server database the database objects won't be affected, even if the database was residing on the same machine an automatic rollback will save the day.
Sometimes the front end objects that were opened at the time (form, reports) can be affected, but there you can import a working object from the back-up or even sometimes from the develop version of the front-end file.

    Kind regards
    NG
