What determines that an enquiry is 'converted'?

We will gather info like no of enquiries for the month or week as per requirement and then we will check the admissions happened for that period so accordingly we can calculate the conversion ratio for that particular centre.

I need to see the conversion ratio for all the centres from W1-w10 in one single view.

    Pls help me out.

    Regards

Doesn't really answer my question. What identifies a record as 'converted'? What field and what value flags a record as 'converted'?

What you want will likely involve aggregate (GROUP BY) Totals query. To be more specific I would have to know your data structure and relationships. If you want to provide db for analysis, follow instructions at bottom of my post.
