The simple answer is, no. I do not know of compatibility, other than 2013 will not work. I believe Office 2010 will work on XP. My memory is a little hazy on that point. One thing though, XP is no longer supported by Microsoft. So, placing a fresh install of Access 2010 with updates, might cause issues. Also, any VBA that uses early binding to the Office suite will need extra attention.
I would prefer a new machine with W10 and 2016 over XP and 2007/2010. However, for distributing accde style Access applications, you want to use the oldest version of Access. In other words, an accde file made with Access 2013 or 2016 will not work with a machine running Access 2007. Instead, distribute an accdb or accdr to users with 2007.
