Format Properties "Close Button" being ignored

I have an app wherein I can't get the "Close Button" to appear. (See 1st screenshot)

And here is a screenshot of the form's "Format Properties":

    What am I missing?

    Thanks,
    Bill

Very odd. Cannot replicate issue. When I set ControlBox property to Yes, the X close is visible.

Is this for every form? Reports? Tables and queries show it?

I have had that happen to me before. Not sure why it happened. I think I just rebuilt the form.
