Selecting 50% of data with certain data

Hello,

I have a table named Table1. including records with people's information. The field I want pulled is People_Name. Most of the records in Table1 for People_Name begin with 5Test. but the records are for example, 5Test111, 5Test222 and so on. They are random. I want to pull 50% of the records than contain 5Test. Thanks for your help!
