    Automated number display

I need to create a form where if a box is clicked (like below) it will display a number and once that number is displayed it will automatically increment to the next number. No numbers can be alike.

    FHA
    VA
    CONV

    Bond

You want to generate custom unique identifier and save to record? This is a very common topic. Search forum.

Otherwise, why don't you use autonumber type field?
How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.
