how to link two tables in access

    Hi,

I have created two tables, I want to copy one column from one table to another table column with repeat value in rows.

example :- copy "Material number" column from Table1 to Table 2. In Table 2 Material number will repeat in 20 rows.
Like in excel we give one cell reference to multiple rows.

Can you please guide me how I can link table and give reference of column.

    Thanks,
    Vaibhav

I'm going to recommend a tutorial on database and table design. It will help you identify the tables and the fields in the tables, but also will show you how to identify relationships and how to create them. If you work through the
    tutorial, you will learn.

Here is the link to the site.
You will see part way down the page Examples. Any of those examples use the same process.

You may also find this article on Normalization useful.
