I want to create a mail merge where in I will be able to send a table to each of the manufacturer of all the records pertaining to them.

Currently using the mail merge I am getting separate letter for separate row. Is there a solution to this?

I want the same table to be sent in each Manufacturer for the first 6 columns.

when you say mail merge, you want a printed letter, or email them the data sheet?

make a list box of all those getting the letter. (if emailing them, include the email)
make a query that looks at the list value. When an item is selected the query pulls only that persons records.
then scan the list sending the list as it goes:

  'scan items in listbox
For i = 0 To lstClients.ListCount - 1
     vTo = lstClients.ItemData(i)
     lstClients = vTo
        
         'but to use a pdf file rpt use:
     DoCmd.SendObject acSendReport, "rReport", acFormatPDF, lstPerson , , "subject", "msg body"      'send PDF
