Subform data values?

Hi all.



For a subform, say for example a subform with products for an invoice form, as there are quantities field and totals per line, do one use a subform from a table or from a query?

the user can edit the subform data. This also allows special events like, validating data the user entered, autfill fields, show user calcualted fields, etc.
