Form data out of sequence

I have a form displaying names (primary and only sort sequence in the query) and dates one of which is DOB, from which I calculate the age. The query displays the data as desired, name sequence. The form is displaying by Age and Name. How can this happen?

Is there a value in the Order By property of the form?

I don't see an Order By property for the form.

Open the form in design view.
Click the "Property Sheet" button on the ribbon (design tab) or use Alt-enter
Click the "Data" tab in the property sheet
The Order By property is the 6th line down
