Pass Date Parameter to MS Access Report

Dear All,


I am very new to ms access and I am at initial stage of using MS Access . I have requirement where I need to pass date value to MS Access report from MS Access Form . I am trying to get the result by using below code,But I don't find any luck can any help me how can I get the output

DoCmd.OpenReport "Report_Query", acViewPreview, "Filter =" & StartDatepicker
