    Subreport - Report Header

    Hi,

I have a subreport that has a report header. Some of my records do not have any info for the detail section. Currently if a record has no detail it does not go ahead and print the report header - but I need it to. Any ideas?

For Example in my report header:
    B. Scholarship
    a. Publications
    i. Textbooks, chapters
    In my detail section:
    Completecitation

Even if my record doesn't have Completecitation - I would like the header info to appear. Currently it just leaves a big blank space before going to the next subreport.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
    Thank you,
    Lori

Subreport must have at least 1 record. I ran into this issue. Eventually decided to have a textbox on main report display "No records" when the subreport had no data.
How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.
