    Report Settings

I have a Access DB from Access 2003. I can open the file in the new Access 2013.
The db is a listing of 6000+ items for a customers inventory.
I am trying to print labels on card stock that is .875 in tall and 4 in wide. The orientation needs to be landscape for the printer. The printer is a Datamax 4308 I think.

I designed the report for the original use of this db in Access 2003.

I am having trouble getting the layout correct so that the data is displayed and printed correctly.

I remember having a report that I made that showed 4 db items per page. You could scroll through the pages and print any one or all of the pages.
Typically they add items to the end of the DB and then just print the label/tags for the new entries.

Not sure what info I need to provide for help with this, but will gladly provide a copy of the db and anything else that is needed.

    Any help would be appreciated.

What does 'having trouble' mean? Exactly what is the issue - error message, wrong results, nothing happens? What do you want to happen?

Files can be attached to post. Follow instructions at bottom of my post.
How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.

I cannot get the format for the label to print correctly.
Each label needs to have item description on top line.
Second line needs to have location space item # space and max quanity.

I need the label to have a .2 in top and bottom margin so that the information is not blocked by the label holder.
The side margins can be minimum values.

When I try to create a report or label format, I do not see the correct layout with all the information in the right place.
I want to say that I used a report function when I first did this.

Each page of the card stock/label is 4 labels. The printer orientation is landscape. The labels are 4 wide, each .875 inches and 4 in long.
