Report not updating change in query

I changed the query that my report is based on only the changes are not being reflected in the report. Is there something that I have to do to update my changes from my query to get it to display on the report. I run them both side by side in tabs and they do not contain the same data and they should. I am not doing any filtering on the report, I just do a sort and group.

If you have the Report open while you are making data changes, you will probably need to close that Report and re-open it to see the changes.

I have done that twice and not effect. But once I closed the Data base and reopened it then it took the new changes, so thanks for the help.

You probably need to close the query too (which closing the database would accomplish).
