Added parameters when report is run

I created a report over a query that I had and I did some grouping and sorting. When I run the report it asks me for two new parameters projects (which is a field in the file) and personnel (which is a table in the database). I want all the values for these two values so how do I stop these pop up windows from appearing when I run the report.

If they are "extra" parameter popups, you likely have a table/field name spelled wrong or that isn't included in the query.

It looks like the values were not in the query and I changed it to use the fields in the report and the popups went away. Thanks
