Report prints progressively lower on consecutive pages

The first page of the report prints perfectly. Each consecutive page the report is a little lower on the page until page 8 which is so low it bleeds over on to page 9. It is down hill from there. This database was built by someone else in my office then passed on to me. Each page is to contain the information about one client and their properties. HELP!

Would have to review report design to effectively analyse issue. If you want to provide db, follow instructions at bottom of my post.

Possibly need to set report to force new page after each record.
