Runtime help! What am I to do?

I have been using Access 2003 for quite some time and develop applications for my church and some local business (as a hobby for free). I now have a need for an application for someone with a computer which does not have Office Professional with Access installed. I thought that I could just make a Runtime .exe file. After much searching I find that even though I have the 03 Runtime on my computer I cannot access it without a liscense which was included in MS 03 Visual Studio Tools which I have been unable to find. I understand that the 07 and later Access had Runtime as a free download. I cannot afford the latest MS office Professional not do I want to upgrade.

My question is, can I just buy Access 07 (Which I believe is still available) or will it conflict with other 03 Office modules on my computer. And can anyone assure me that I can then get the Runtime liscense free.

You can just buy ac2007 and you can then download the Runtime for free. It does however mess with the registry and cause ac2003 to reinstall. Actually each will reinstall if you run the other. We call it the ac2007 coffee break.
