Stock Control Design Help

Hi All,

I am trying to create a database that will keep an eye on stock of computer equipment showing what we have in stock, what stock has been allocated and to who as well as records of staff, offices and passwords (can this be encrypted?). I have put together a normalisation table, data dictionary and a relationship diagram (see attached images).

Now I am relatively new to database building so would really appreciate any feedback on my current design and any tips or pointers on how to improve my design.

the password field can be masked it is a property at the table level or at the form level

the table design looks correct.
