Display value on report if record exists

I have a report that displays data based on two parameters.
If another record exists in the table that meets only one of the parameters, I would like to display a value on the report that indicates this.
How would I do this? Any help would be appreciated!

If you want the record to display then can't filter on the two parameters. So what would you like to show - just a count of records that meet only one of the parameters?
How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.
