The "&" is not working on the label controls

I have a label on my form. The label name involves using an ampersand. But when I return to Form View the "&" does not show. Instead there is an underscore under the following character, i.e. instead of G&A I see GA.



Is it possible to display an "&" in the label name?

Use 2 of them. 1 is used to make the following letter a shortcut key.
