    Text Boxs

I am putting together an application in MS Access 07, is there any options for a more advance text box that will be able to hold formatting the same from a word document? (Like indentation, underlining, lists, etc)

A field set as RTF (Rich Text Format) will allow some additional formatting but nowhere near as much as in a word processing app.

Is there a way to add buttons to that text field area for them to make things bold, underlined, etc though?

Can only be done through the RTF edit toolbar. Access is not a word processor just as Word is not a relational database. Each is a tool designed for a specific purpose.

Maybe you should explore Access/Word mail merge.

Also worth looking at might be opening Word from Access, doing your formatted composition there, then storing the documents created in an Attachment Field. You really haven't given us much in the way of details as to exactly what you're attempting to do, here, and doing so might help us help you more.
