Field Height in a Report

I have a report with 10 fields that are displayed in a continuous table. Nine (9) of the fields will be a fixed height, while the tenth can vary depending on how much information has been entered (it is a comment field). I have the height of the tenth field set the same as the other nine (9), with the CAN GROW property set to YES. The only difficulty is, when the tenth field grows, the formatting looks off on the other nine (9). Below is a screen shot of a portion of the report to see what the formatting looks like.

Can I set the height of the other nine fields to be the same as the tenth, regardless of how big the tenth field grows?

Not easily.

Alternative is to make control border transparent then have a graphic line control separate each record. Unbroken vertical lines would require code.
