Multiple Pivot Tables in 1 Form/Report

    Hi guys,

I have a database where each month the same 30 pivot tables are created from the database. Is there a way where you can have a form or report that generates the same pivot tables (and possibly charts) in one area. That way I can bring this across to Excel in one process.

The process at the moment is to have 30 separate forms which are pivot tables. For each one I export to excel and then copy and paste in to another excel file where I keep all the data together.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Thank you!

Once a pivot form is built, in can be inserted as a subform on another form.

I never used pivot table/chart - I used the Graph control.

MS has removed ability to build pivot chart/table from Access 2013.

Why do you need to export to Excel?

    Thanks for the reply June!

The reason is that the excel format is what is sent out to our clients. I'd also love to build some charts too to put in there as well.

That way, I just run the query and magically all the tables and charts appear!

So you think the best way to do this is to build a subform and have multiple pivot tables on the sub form? I'm not really sure how to do that.

Hopefully I can work it out. I am only a beginner when it comes to access so any help is terrific!

I don't know if that is best, never used pivot table/chart. I do have doubts it will export nicely.

As far as I can tell, pivot table/chart purpose is to give users a tool to dynamically manipulate the data. I've never needed this functionality.
