Form imbedded in VBA

I have an Access 2007 application that is based on a run time version of Access. I want to develop a similar application and would like to get to the forms. Is there any way to pull the forms out of the VBA code for use in another application?

If the file extension is accde, no - need the original accdb file.

If the file extension is accdr, change it to accdb.
