can not access over network using runtime

I am not an access guru but have seen this done. I am trying to use an Access database on computers that do not have Access but do have runtime. I need to use the database on 5 computers where the database resides in a shared network folder. The problem is that I can not open the database on multiple computers at one time. I can only open it on one computer at a time.

    Any suggestions?

An application used by multiple users should be split:
