Learning materials all over the web. There is a Tutorials forum on this site. Books at Amazon. Exactly what do you need to know? If you are new to database development, suggest you get an introductory book that will explain relational database principles and Access functionality and that also touches on programming with macros and/or VBA.

Totally agree with June7. What exactly is the big issue? Do you have any database experience? Learn database before getting into the nitty gritty of Access. There are many good tutorials on Youtube (there are a few horrible ones also). Author 599CD has some free videos on youtube.
